Any of us can have a condition. The police are just people wearing a uniform with a badge and a gun included. Of course we should hope and pray that we keep an eye out for someone with a serious problem. In America we need to smarten up about treatment for any kind of sickness. I mean hello, of course they’d let people from a country close to them and more culturally similar to use their space and resources. When my family were refugees in Southeast Asia.. guess where they went when they escaped? To Thailand and Philippines, two countries that had camps set up to take them in.

But, I'd have to ask: Since you're concerned about the homeless, how much money have you donated?

Coogler was in the wrong. You have to make appointments for withdrawals over $10,000 and he couldn't give the lady a reply. He was acting sketchy. The police were inside and got close enough to approach him, so obviously he present no deadly weapon for the police to draw their weapons. He got what was coming for him acting sketchy but the police and him are in the wrong. The teller did her job and protected the bank.

That must be Bank of America‘s policy????that you have to make an appointment? I’ve never made appointments to take out large sums of money like that and yes I have done it (Same increments) before and was actually referred to the manager for the discretion and security the transaction requires, so that when we walk up to the window there’s no discussion of what the amount is that they’re giving out of respect for the fact that someone might bash me in the head and steal the money. I don’t think he was wrong. His money, his business, their service or lack there of because she could’ve simply told him to please go to one of the higher-ups in the bank to be able to handle whatever it was that she was having a problem with so that it wouldn’t be an issue and they would’ve escorted him to make sure that that didn’t happen. He didn’t have to answer any more questions since everything was written there and he actually furnished her the information that she needed that proves that he was in fact who he said he was, a customer of their bank. Her role in securing the bank once she figured out he was actually a customer and not a thief was to refer him to one of her bosses to handle whatever the issue may have been in the computer not calling the cops because she knew he wasn’t robbing the place. That’s customer service they didn’t give it to him they tried to throw him in jail. The cops can only handle what they see, as it’s relayed to them, But the teller had many more options than the simply called the cops because she wasn’t comfortable with the fact that a black man was asking for $10,000 at the window of the bank because that’s what the problem was it doesn’t matter. There’s nothing sketchy about making transactions on your business there’s only something sketchy about someone who is uncomfortable with you even after verifying who you are which is what happened.
