Something that no one is talking about: It's obvious to me that the operators of these drones WANT them to be seen. We really need to be asking why that is. If there was something "covert" going on, any type of drone could just as easily operate without any type of visible lighting, thus remaining very difficult if not impossible to be noticed at night. But no. These drones are lit up like Christmas trees. The only thing these drones are missing are attached neon lights that read "Hey, look at me everbody!"

They aren't saying the drones definitively "are not" anything - they are saying "there is no proof that". For example they are saying that "there is no proof that these drones are foreign adversaries" but what they are NOT saying is "there is no proof these AREN'T foreign adversaries". How do they know? WE need clarity and it is OBVIOUS they know more than they are telling the general public.
