This man was recently vindicated of these charges look it up. The license bureau failed to reinstate it in the computer and he was taking his mother to the doctors at the time.

Another twist to this story was shown. His PRIVILEGE to drive was suspended but he never had a license in the first place. His driving was actually still suspended because he had not paid the reinstatement fee until recently. So even though he DOESNT even have a license in the first place, he was still suspended from driving during this court appearance. It is even worse than it seems. Imagine showing up to court while driving even though you don’t even have a license.
