Does that include the 40 FEET OF SNOW that fell on Lebanon's Mountains off of Eastern Mediterranean Sea in February, 2012 in JUST FIVE DAYS???? This happened because of Atmosphere Rivers traveling easterly across the Mediterranean Sea and produce the snow. Those mountains are just over 10,000 feet. It wasn't the elevations of those peaks but those Rivers pick up moisture and produce snow.

If you don't like that, that's not their fault. Read the decision and read the law. The recent Chevron case was split with a left leaning judge going right and a right leading judge going left. That decision further secured separation of powers, ensuring the legislative branch writes statutes, the judicial interprets them, and the executive enforces them. The Justices interpret the law as written.

People can be angry at the cops, but in the end the guys decisions (several made in seconds) and the parents (not knowing where the son is and what he was doing) absolutely played a part in this tragedy. For the love of god - cooperate with police and educate yourself on legal interaction. If you're stopped- cooperate. I've always questioned the whether or not retrial after a mistrial is ethical. I'm not sure it's right to re-try a defendant when they're shorter on funds and when the prosecution now knows their best defense strategy. It seems like the deck is stacked against the defendant the next go round. I think that if a prosecutor fails to get even part of a jury to convict, then that should simply be the end of it. If enough jurors felt that there was enough reasonable doubt to stand their ground, then, well, that isn't guilty beyond a reasonable doubt!
