I've been HIV Positive for almost 15 years now. I've been on meds since 09. I now test undetectable. HIV/AIDS is no longer a death sentence. Many of my friends died in the 80's of AIDS. Too bad they didn't have the outstanding care that I've received.

I got told I had this thing in 2003. VL 14,400 Cd4 144 Go forward to today [21 years].VL undetectable Cd4 630 [Normal functioning immune system]. @@yuliansuke1367 they do, if you are adherent to daily use. He already had less than 200 T-cells when he very first found out he had the disease (meaning he already had AIDS… not HIV anymore). He started meds and took them for several years and, as a result, developed kidney malfunction. He was on dialysis and had a poor quality of life… so he gave up.

Being fat tells fat people to get outside exercise more and eat less. I got a little fat but I can still run 16.7mph and run a mile in 11 minutes. If I loss some weight I'd probably run somewhere above that.
