EPFiGMS is a customised portal of EPFO with an aim to redress grievances for the services provided by EPFO. Grievances can be lodged at any place and will land in
concerned office to which the grievances pertain. Grievances can be sent to Head office at New Delhi or to the field offices now 135 across the country.
How to raise grievance for issues related to EPFO services
Step 1: Visit the official website of EPF i-Grievance Management System (epfigms.gov.in/) and click on the ‘Register Grievance’ tab.
Step 2: Select the applicable ‘Status’ option.
Step 3: Enter the Universal Account Number (UAN). Enter the security code and click on the ‘Get Details’ button.
Step 4: Where UAN detail is displayed, click on the ‘Get OTP’ button.
Step 5: Input the OTP, then press the "Submit" button. Upon OTP verification, a message of verification will show up. To continue, click on the "Ok" button.
Step 6: Enter personal details, such as your name, gender, contact information, pin code, state, and country.
Step 7: Click on the PF account number in the "Grievance Details" column.
Step 8: Select the complaint type along with the complaint description. Using the "Choose File" and "Attach" buttons, upload the necessary files to support the
complaint. Click the "Add" button after entering the grievance information and attaching the supporting papers.
Step 9: The complaint will be posted to the area titled "Grievance Details." To file the complaint with the EPFO, click the "Submit" button.
Step 10: After the grievance has been registered, an email and SMS will be sent to the EPF subscribers with a registration number.
How to check status of EPF complaint
If you have a UAN, PPO Number, or Establishment Number, please choose the appropriate Status to ensure a swift resolution of your complaint.
Step 1: Visit epfigms.gov.in
Step 2: Click the "View Status" button.
Step 3: Enter the registration number, sometimes known as the complaint number, grievance password, mobile number, email address, and security code.
Step 4: Click "Submit."

Bhai abhi tak epfo ke abhi koi response nhi aya hai tum kuch bhe kr lo acount open nhi hoga Mene sab kuch try kr liya hai enable nhi hua koi mtlb nhi hai ye sab video dekh kr ye log keval hamaare majburi ka fayda utha rhe hai or pesa kma rhe hain

Ek form employee ki side se hota hai ek employer (Company ) ki side se.. to employee wala fill karna padega.. PF office me submit karna hoga with aadhar pan, Bank cheque etc... thanks

Hello sir, got this msg after registering grievance. Can you please help me. What should I do next.On examining the case, it has been observed that two member ids are linked with your UAN and date of coverage of both these establishments is after 30/09/2020 as per EPFO records. The concerned technical team has intimated through a message that in order to prevent probable misuse of ABRY scheme, UANs registered under ABRY by the establishments covered after 30/09/2020 have been disabled temporarily as per the decision taken by the competent authority.

Thanks for your query, your account is disabled due to having active e-sharm or labour card, either you have to wait for 24 month until ABRY scheme ends or get the labour card deactivated. Apart from that if you wish to withdrawal your PF fund you can withdrawal through office process by visiting the PF office along with document like Aadhar , Pan, Cancelled cheque etc. Hope to fix your issue soon.
