CU and Hunter only got to play CSU once this year; Boise’s entire conference schedule was teams at or below that level. Who was the last player to be considered for receiver and defensive player of the year? Jeanty is an outstanding player. No issues with anyone preferring him to win, but some of the people making that case do him a disservice by trying to diminish what any objective sports fan can see is a historically special season by Hunter.

What? Jeanty ran over every team he played. Hunter had a few games where he disappeared on at least one side of the ball. KSU, Utah and Arizona he was a ghost on offense.
