Tom underestimated how hard a season would be without his biggest emotional/psych coach: Gisele. He called her his witch. She kept him grounded/humble and put a mirror to him when he was being a baby/self-pitied/pouted/raged. She nurtured him like her child. He was used to strong women in his life from his sisters/mom. Anyone who watched his Tom Against Time could see it. Pretty sexist that as of yet ZERO of the sports brocasters have been wiling to credit woman behind the man...guess times havent changed much - but where are the female sportcasters? They KNOW...
