Agreed. Gotta leave him focused on Caleb and the offense. Giving him the whole team as the defense crashes will only hurt offensively. Flus’s defense after Brisker and Billings went out has lost 30% of its ability. And Flus’s continued insistence on backing off, with massive soft zone coverages at pivotal 3rd downs is by far the most telling story of his tenure.

Caleb freaked out in OT and lost the game. First he ran backwards like Johnny Football in the pocket and got super sacked. then he was so nervous he fd up the play and got a delay penalty. Just like that, Bears Lose. What on earth do people see in this guy. Drafting Caleb was a huge mistake. The Bears are worse than last year.

You shouldn't hire a guy based on what he is doing on offense if they want to hire Thomas brown he needs to go through the process an they shouldn't hire him based on the feeling of other players or personal feelings if there is better options right now you need to take the better options an although he has the respect of the offense it doesn't mean it's the same for the defense leading an offense is entirely different then leading a team were looking for a coach a ceo that can lead us to championship
