Yes they did. The VIA Atlantic was cancelled in 1994. This line was once CP until 1995 when the NBSouthern took over.

Yes the 2300,2600 series have had fresh paint jobs. It'd be nice to see the 9800 series redone to match. The sun sure had an affect on their paint jobs.

You should read Greg McDonnell's Passing Trains book, they have some good shots of the CP Rail "Atlantic Limited" in the 70's
