Sir if possible please explain the method you used to calculate percentage for question 18🙏

Formula for percentage change is (number of patents in 2005 - number of patents in 2000)/number of patents in 2000 for question 18 we working out a percentage decrease from year 2000 to 2005 number of patents in 2000 = 72 number of patents in 2005 = 70 so it will be (70-72)/72 2/72 =1/36 =0.027, which in percentage terms is 2.7%, hence less than 3%
