most of the smaller hbcu bands are much better and can out play the larger bands.

DSNCB919 SU is a great bad more loud than anything. When I say out play I'm more talking about there play book and musically/musicianship and great quality.

its pretty close though. A&T cant get much bigger than what you see here due to issues beyond their control

Gaps in the band, not really whole band. But they shrunk since last year. I saw the sizes of TSU, JSU, SU, NS ( Norfolk State ), and another one that I forgot. But JSU has 339, TSU shrunk to 290 or lower, SU seem to still be large , Norfolk getting some numbers. But I can't wait to see FAMU & BCU's band size.
