NC State vs. Louisville Condensed Game | 2024 ACC Men’s Basketball Tournament

The No. 10 NC State Wolfpack outlasted the No. 15 Louisville Cardinals 94-85 to advance in the 2nd round of the 2024 ACC Men's Basketball Tournament. Five players scored in double figures for the Wolfpack, led by Casey Morsell's 25 points on 5-12 shooting from the field and 13-13 shooting from the free throw line. Jayden Taylor scored 18 points, grabbed 8 rebounds, dished out 3 assists and recorded 4 steals in the win and Michael O'Connell scored 16 points with 3 steals in the win. Skyy Clark had an amazing game for the Cardinals, scoring a career-high 36 points on 12-17 shooting, including 7-9 from three-point range to go along with 2 steals in a losing effort.

Before they hired Kenny, a bunch of black former UofL players said that if the University didn’t hire a black coach they wouldn’t support the program and was going to demand their retired jerseys be removed from the rafters. I think now those black former players should be removed from the archives and their jerseys be removed from the rafters and be financially responsible for Kenny’s buyout. And if they ever try to be so racist again… deported.

​@bobbyyoung4243 Ummm, actually it IS racist to tell a school that they NEED to hire a coach of a specific color. What if a white man said the same thing? "If you don't hire a white coach then...". Racism can and does go both ways buddy. It isn't pigeon holed as just a white against black thing. So yeah it IS racist. This is 2024... there's plenty of black coaches spread ALLLLL over the place. We aren't dealing with a "there's only 1 black coach out of 500 coaches" thing. So why threaten a school to hire a black coach "or else"? NC State is moving on to play the Orange who they themselves have a black coach. There's alot of them. Just because a white man gets hired for the job doesn't mean he was hired just because he's white. Hires happen based on who is best for the job. This isn't the 1960's anymore no matter how much people try to take us back there.
