Thank you for making this video. Could you kindly go through one question from the sample exam paper to illustrate CRAC.
@inevitable4life4 жыл бұрын
Thank you for clarifying my question that instead of IRAC you could use CRAC. it's just in USA, there is no subject of such nature in law where they would just ask for theory.
@ShireenKapoor4 жыл бұрын
They can ask both in foundation, theory or case based!

Hi Shireen! which notes would you recommend for all the 5 cores, because honestly there are too many sources offering these notes; which one in your opinion will be sufficient?

It is important to do get a law degree from canada like to 2 year in J.D or Just getting degree from an indian law school is enough ... And it is beneficial to do llm from canada ??

Is doing an LLM from Canada enough for practicing law in Canada or getting a license of practicing law in Canada for an international person?
@ShireenKapoor4 жыл бұрын
you still have to give the nca exams!
@inevitable4life4 жыл бұрын
LLM doesn't qualify you to practice Law, however, if you chose wisely your subjects in LLM, you could use few of those in Lieu of NCA exams. Additionally, depending on which province you want to practice you have to meet that province's legal society requirements. Additionally, you would have to do articling from 10-12 months depending on the law society. After all of this then you would be able to practice law. Good luck!
