My son is a sophomore going into junior year 2024 and he plays football. The school counselor has released his transcripts but it still says decision not yet available. Does the counselor have to upload year over year? When will this status change?

I registered my daughter months ago and her high school has sent transcripts but its still showing not done

I think bc it has to be the official transcripts for when she graduates

Hello and thank you for your question! The fastest way for domestic students to submit their transcripts is by having your high school counselor use the direct upload feature on the High School Portal. By doing this, your transcript will show as being received same day, usually within 30 minutes. Students should ask their high school counselor from each school they attend to upload an official after four semesters and again after six semesters. Then, on May 1 of their graduation year, students receive another task to ask their high school counselor to upload a final transcript with proof of graduation. If your student's high school has uploaded transcripts, but this is not indicated in your student's account, contact the Eligibility Center’s customer service team at 877-262-1492, Monday-Friday from 9 a.m. to 5 p.m. Eastern time for assistance.

Track athlete here, for me at least either me or da coach will make first contact and if the other is interested in hearing more from the other you usually set up a call with them and talk about either you as a athlete/ person and they talk about them as a coach and there school. This is usually with there personal number. Usually by the end of the call they’ll say something along the lines of great talking to you and we’d love to get you hear on campus. And from there you can decide if you want to or not. You can also stay in contact with the coach and talk further before deciding.
