Wow, thank you so much for including not only the FULL game that was cut off by espn, but for also including the award ceremony. I thought I’d never get to see what happened for those parts not televised. Thank you so much.

Just watching the trophy ceremony gave me chicken skin, U.H. collecting their individual hardware as well as the National Trophy just makes me so proud to come from Hawaii, I noticed that while watching the game, it seemed to me that there were more Hawaii fans then Long Beach fans in the stands, at match point there was the rhythmic viking clap and it was deafening, just shows you that the fans from Hawaii are considered the most acknowledged and rabid Volleyball fans in the Nation.

Thelle should have been National Player of the Year.

It just shows you how valuable Thelle is to the University of Hawaii Volleyball team, not just serving but also who and when to serve to

The fact that they gave a Freshman for the first time ever in the history of Men's collegiate volleyball, the National Player of the Year, while Thelle set for 2 National Championship different teams, sweeping both 3 - 0, the obvious player of the year should be Thelle. Thelle plays another year and hopefully this young team will be able to repeat for a 3rd time. There were many good collegiate players who were player of the year, but they proved their worth throughout their careers. Nikolov lost to UH and got swept 3-0 twice, in the Conference Championship, and the National Championship games.

SETTER IS THE KEY PLAYER OF THE VOLLEYBALL GAME. IF YOU DONT HAVE A GOOD setter pin hitters will not perform well. therefore HAWAII SETTER SHOULD BE THE NATIONAL PLAYER OF THE YEAR.

Paul Sunderland and especially Kevin Barnett did a fantastic job. They had great analysis and Kevin really knows his stuff.

This was awesome! Go bows!!! Just so thrilled they took it to Long Beach!!! Two in a row let’s go for three!! The announcers sucked so bias in their comments especially about Long Beaches #23 who didn’t impress me at all!!! 😴 Hawaii ROCKED!!! Jakob Thelle should be BEST PLAYER OF THE YEAR!!! ✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️✌️

I also like the choice of thumbnail, because it suggests impending doom for Long Beach.

I really like what those sports announcers said, Alex Nikolov may have had 20 kills but that pretty much said it all, unlike the University of Hawaii who spread the kills among all the players playing, Volleyball is a team sport, if you rely too much on one player your opponent will just key on that player enough said

I noticed that host school UCLA did nothing to celebrate whoever won. Last year, even though their team wasn't in the championship, Ohio State at least did streamers. And that was a pandemic limited crowd.

Never in doubt. A misadventure of a Beach alum at the cocktail reception pregame sealed the fate of both sides before first serve.

That play where Knipe went up to block it even though he was ineligible to go up past the top of the net. Also upon replay, his back and shoulder touched the net while the ball had not touched the ground. This was second time Knipe was called for back row illegal blocker.
