Is the shaft capped inside the building?

@@dantheman7370 I believe its capped in the shape fashioned like a sherry bottle cork. It has in the shaft i beams across the shaft, and a reinforced steel cage over the surface. Then that is filled with concrete, to overlap the shaft perimeter. After that, what maybe be left of the building is removed, and the heavy machinery moves in and grades to cover the cap. I hope that answers your question.
