NCCAP: HOW TO DOWNLOAD MY CERTIFICATION

I scrolled down to the NCCAP Certificate however, it shows "none". It does however show I have a new expiration date of my certification. I need to print a copy for my employer, but cannot.

Will I did the certificate but I look at and it doesn't show my name it's just my email
