I'd say blaze troopers are more in line with the centurions. It's as close as you can get to a dreadnought without a dead space marine. The suit adding another 2 feet is kind of what sells this idea for me.

I honestly like this, it's be nice to see all the stuff that got discontinued, i'll never understand why legends was removed from canon, there's so much neat stuff that got removed. The 2005 animated show was agruably the best showcase of legends stuff regarding what jedi could do and grevious being the threat to the jedi he should have been.

Because Disney wanted their writers to be able to tell their own stories without being bogged down by decades of Star Wars lore. Which, to me, translates as: "They were too lazy to go on Wookieepedia and do some research, so they just threw it all out indiscriminately." They even threw out the early novel, comic, and video game tie-ins that were specifically based on Star Wars: The Clone Wars 2008 (which _is_ still considered canon to Disney) just because they happened to be published before their cutoff point of 4/25/14. My favorite screwed up thing is that the ride Star Tours: The Adventures Continue, which they updated to include content from Episodes 7-9 and the Disney Plus shows, is considered a Legends ride since it debuted in 2011. Which means Disney ironically gave the original Expanded Universe its own separate versions of Finn, Rey, Grogu, Cassian Andor, and so on while trying to promote their new "canon".
