I like Kasie, but she’s no Abby. I stopped watching sometime in season 18. Will eventually watch more, as I collect them seasons on dvd

@@KataHime Kasie is awful and they should have put her in a different lab. That is Abby's lab and only Abby's lab. It's her second home and she does sleep in there as well. She's names everything. It's part of her and who she is. Just to see someone else in there irked me to no end. For me Abby is the heart of the show despite someone behind the scenes not wanting the character to go anywhere.

@@ClassicHarleyQuinn I'm gonna have to disagree with you there. Change is part of the show, it's the way it's always been. Every character brings something different and new and exciting.

@@KataHime Yea but when it comes to long running shows such as lot of crime shows. You've got to know when to stop before it's too much change and everyone stops watching. For me that was when Abby left. Other shows stopped and went out on a high like Criminal Minds, Bones, CSI: New York etc before they became unrecognizable. The only exception is Doctor Who where with each Doctor we get a new cast of characters. Though that show has gone down the toilet as well now.
