The writers do a great job of adding some lighter moments and the actors do a wonderful job bringing that to the screen .

Amanda was played by Actress Jamie Luna. Tony’s name of Stringfellow Hawk was the principal character of Airwolf show executive producer Daniel Bellasario of both NCIS & Jag loving your reactions from someone who has been watching NCIS since episode one

IIRC, Jamie Luner got her big break on the sitcom Just The Ten of Us, a spinoff of Growing Pains (the father was the coach on GP for awhile). After that she made the rounds on classic 90s series (The Pretender, Profiler, Melrose Place) and procedurals (CSI & CSI Miami, Criminal Minds, NCIS) to today where she does a lot of TV movies for channels like Hallmark & Lifetime. Fun bit of trivia, she was on a show called Reasonable Doubts in 1993, which starred Mark Harmon before his career was reignited by a several episode guest star arc on The West Wing, which led to JAG and then NCIS. She is, most definitely, a woman.

Belisario had a base of Cross over actors...from Baa Baa Blacksheep Battlestar Galactica Magnum PI Airwolf JAG..Jeff McKay ,W,Strattonwas in Blacksheep,Magnum,Battlestar Galactica 78 And JAG Larry Mannetti in Blacksheep Magnum one reason I think his shows were successful

Gibbs isn't just like Santa, he's like the Superman of the NCIS universe, which is kinda funny because he did voice Superman in an animated Justice League film, didn't do a bad job either imo.
