Its the pilot. Season one episode 1. They are on Air Force One & he is trying to find out if she is involved in a plot to kill the president as the Service Men who were carrying the Presidents "Football;l" were killed and her ex lover was one of them. He takes her into the bathroom and shocks her with the news and then she freaks out on him
