One of my all time favorite episodes of NCIS. You really see how much Kelly's death affected Gibbs. Maddie appears, all grown up and a lovely young woman, and he sees who his daughter could have become. While he wasn't able to be there to save Kelly and Shannon...he was there for Maddie when she needed him. In a small way, he redeemed himself. Kelly may be gone...but Gibbs still has his daughters. (Maddie, Ziva, and Abby)
