True..but the swaying & movement of the ship fixes that issue. If you don't close the door, it sways back & forth. LOL

Once the two beds were put together...there was a bit more room. The cabins are designed just so the guest can turn around...and that's it. No extra room for wheelies or dancing. LOL

What, no dancing! HA HA !!!! That’s good to know. Well I’m glad you can turn around and get in and out of bathroom. I’m just used to seeing the handicapped balcony rooms. Someone was asking me if the inside handicap rooms were really big enough for a wheelchair? So glad to hear that. Have a good weekend! 💕👻

No uk sockets, how would us brits survive! 3rd most used socket in the world! Tut tut. Seriously, that clothes rail in the wardrobe that comes/pulls out is a great idea for anyone. I'm able bodied and would love that in my home wardrobe. Easier to find shirts for work.

Hi my favorite cruise boys!! My ex girlfriend/ best friend & I are going on NCL Breakaway & we will be on the 9th floor at the very back of the ship on a handicap accessible room with a balcony. Can you tell me what the difference will be with our room compared to the room you showed me Kevin? You said it will have a mini fridge & that won’t be included in our beverage package-- we paid for the all you can drink package so are we allowed to order a few beers each to bring back to our room so we can sit on our balcony, have drinks & be on our balcony or do we have to buy drinks to enjoy on our balcony or in our room? Please advise & as usual I LOVE YOU GUYS SOOOOOOOOOO MUCH!!!! ☮️❤️😁🏳️‍🌈☮️❤️😁🏳️‍🌈

Hi Cyn...can we assume you will be in cabin # 9922. Aft-Balcony / Accessible ?? Our cabin was a small interior.....yours will be a nice larger size, with a balcony. We're betting, you're gonna love it !!! We never had an issue with ordering two drinks at a time each....but it also depends on the bartender you get. You can order drinks anywhere with the package and walk around...go wherever with them and relax.

As a power wheelchair user I would be very disappointed in that cabin. For all of its modern upgrades and a decent washroom, it lacks the one thing wheelies need most...space. I can see that the full turn is only possible between the foot of the 1st bed and the washroom door. Not very considerate to wheelie passengers for a 165,000 tonne ship. You guys have been in worse cabins, but getting the minimum is still an unacceptable frequency.

Once they put the two beds together, like they were supposed to.....there was definitely more space. Have we had larger cabins...yes. Have we had more disappointing cabins....yes again. Accessible ocean views and balconies tend to be a bit larger....but if you're looking for even larger spaces.....you have to book an accessible mini-suite +. We will have an accessible min-suite on our NCL Encore group cruise in Jan. 2020.

@@Cruisingwithwheels My point being that we shouldn't have to book a more expensive cabin to get adequate space, but you're obviously very happy with the room and that's all that matters.
