The DAY we were there two ships were in port. It was crowded and very few chairs available. Beautiful but expensive 😊

We just got back from an 11 night Panama Canal cruise on NCL. One of our ports was Harvest Caye. It was a horrible experience for our ship! There was another larger NCL ship at the pier and our smaller one had to use tenders. We were in group one because someone in our party rented a private villa for us. You would think that would get us off the ship quickly, but even with a #1 ticket group it took us 1 1./2 hours to get through the lines on the ship, tender and walk the long pier to get to our villa. The return was also about the same amount of time. This was my first experience with NCL's private islands. I have been to Royal Caribbean's Coco Caye a couple of times and it is so much better that Harvest Caye!!!!

Yea wow well i can see how NCL has a disembarkation problem at least sometimes. Can’t wait to visit coco caye in September. It will be my first time so i am expecting great things!

What should I do at Harvest Caye? My drink package doesn’t work there? $8 local beer!? Lol. I have a reservation at Los Lobos, that place is authentic?

If you want to do something free, you should hang out by the beach on a blue lounge chair. Or you can hang out at the very large pool too! And noo the drink package does not cover the drinks on this island! Bummer. And lastly, yes Los Lobos is authentic. I absolutely loved it! No tex mex. All original and so delicious!

@@lostlion3532 of course the drink package doesn’t work! 🤦🏻‍♂️. Whats the deal with coffee? Is Starbucks always packed!? How is the coffee at Hudsons? Is that the best place for breakfast?

@@HornerPark haha yup! So starbucks was usually packed from what i saw. And hudson’s was definitely the best place for breakfast! Go early so you can avoid lines! Otherwise, the buffet does get crowded!

@@MrGMountain yea i feel ya. Going as early as possible is your best bet. This island gets packed middle of the day!
