NCL Prima Cabin 12922 Haven H5 Category

11-26-22 Sailing (3rd sailing I think) of the new NCL Prima ship. Sailed from Miami, 7-day cruise, Roatan, Costa Maya, NCL private island, and Cozymel. Samsung s22+ cell phone, and I use portrait vs. landscape to capture the video. Nice being on a new ship, after LOTS of NCL cruises we thought the food was much better than on some previous cruises. On the Prima the Haven cabins are in the back of the ship versus the front. This Haven is larger than other ships but on this sailing Haven restaurant, bar, sundeck, etc. never seemed crowded. In the video some comments about design are included, e.g., the bathroom is not off the bedroom, translucent panel that if the light is on in the bathroom light comes into the bedroom. Regarding complementary bottles of liquor, while we did get 3 bottles on this cruise, I am not sure that is standard. It is recommended that you check in advance if this is important to you.

Hi Ed, We will be sailing on the Prima in an H5 Jan 29 how did you get bottles of Booze in your room? No one has called us or contacted us for special requests. Is it up to us to contact them . The Room Looks great Cant Wait.cHope you enjoyed yourself

I honestly think it was a fluke of some sort. You can call and ask the pre-sailing concierge whether liquor is included. The cabin is wonderful and we had a great time!

@@brodieellis2545 Excellent! So glad it was not a fluke, and you're getting the 3 bottles. We did have a great time, the cabin is fantastic, and we've got our next NCL cruise book (April, Joy, 12-day 😁). That's why I work ... vacations ...😎 Happy 2023!

Thank you for the information. After two hours on hold yesterday I got thru to the Concierge desk. It is not a fluke you can pre order three bottles of liquor or wine. you can also request specific soda for the fridge. really looking forward to it
