Thank you for this video. Are you aware of the case laws that say a taxpayer is a Cestui Que Trust? The all CAPS name represents this said trust, and the government has done the same things as you speak about in your video.

Thus, wouldn't you say any and all "proceedings" brought in the all CAPS person name is subject to trust law? In addition, a trust is a contract, so then all contracts are governed by the UCC. ​@@samm4072 Courts won't recognize it because 1)They'd have to recognize the Federal Debt on the public record in each case/charge/account; 2)Attorneys-at-law are not a Attorney-in-fact because they take an oath to the State in order to practice in court.

​@@samm4072 you need to see the public trust vs private trust map and you'll understand why the courts won't recognize the trust. To put it simply the courts are operating in the public trust which is admiralty maritime law or law of the sea within the democracy this is what the democracy (public trust) runs off of. Your Cestui Que Vie Trust is in the private trust which is the republic common law or known as law of the land. The courts are docketed vessels (like pirate ships) bringing the law of the sea over the land through commerce. The public trust cannot and will not recognize anything from the private trust including human beings men and women. The public trust is all corporations and they can ONLY speak to your corporation so you have to use the process of making a special appearance to appear in the public wearing a hat saying you're a paramount security interest holder of the account being settled. This is how you can appear in the public as a corporation but you must act as a creditor/grantor from the private trust and set off the settlement through the private side of the court process. They are trying to get you to agree to being the ALL CAPS NAME as a contract of you being a debtor taking full liabilities for the settlement as well as being trustee to the contract. They know exactly how to play the game and they're going to test you to see if you know how to as well

Even person is a bad word according to an edition of Black Law's dictionary so slowly learning... isn't there paperwork also to come out of the system?

So how can you help us/me get my money from my Cestui Que Vie TRUST and become the beneficiary of my account. Or how can you get me my mothers Cestui Que Vie Trust money? She passed on May 31, 2023 and I inherit everything because there was no Will, her husband died in 2017 and in the state of Tennessee I inherit everything when there is no Will. Can you help me with that? And when I say help us/me I mean get this money without going through all the crap paperwork. You know the paperwork, authenticating your birth certificate state and federal level, I think there is another level with that too. Or without doing a name change and going to court, unless you do that for me and all the other paperwork and crap that has to be done. I'm liking for some help.

Unfortunately, you're going to have to get a probate attorney to handle both estates in Tennessee. A Cestui Que Vie Trust is a failed legal theory ignored by the courts because the underlying law referenced for this theory is being misapplied, and even if it weren't it has been superceded by state laws establishing the process for estate administration. When I put money away for retirement it is bullion, and the government will have to do a lot of searching to find it. Not sure putting away dollars or euros is going to be a good idea, it is not money and the reason it is not, is also the reason you don't want to be putting it away for retirement. Why don't you just save enough assets, or real money, to make a family trust worth while and create one then?

Because you never know *when* you're going to die or become incapacitated, and if the trust isn't already in place, then it's probably too late. If you have a solid trust in place, your assets can change over time but still work in conjunction with your trust whether it is real estate, stocks, or even bullion and collectibles.

You can't claim nothing. It's a trust of witch you are the beneficiary. Somebody else needs to take the trustee roll or administrator roll. Let's say you want to buy a car with it. U could make the car dealer a trustee. And if he seems it fit that you would benefit from a new car he could sign of the funds. Take that to the tresurydep. And they should pay the dealer.

With 100 shares, the corporate credit bureau, Dun and Bradstreet has the US listed as ‘The White House Inc’. And the Bar is one of the holders. The BAR is foreign to the United States. Members take an oath to the crown before their oath to the US constitution or their clients.
