Based on our experience, there is no need to send the hardcopies as long as your college can receive and print them. However, the college has to mail physical copies of the verification forms directly to the regulatory body unless it's advised otherwise. Hope it helps!

Yes, you can still apply through NYSED. However, recently, there have been many Canadian regulatory bodies that have made the eligibility process way easier e.g. Alberta & Nova Scotia. This rule is only applicable to CNO in Ontario. Once you have Ontario license, you can start transfer process from ON to BC. BC regulatory board will inform you about their requirements at that time. Good luck! Team FBNPC

US application is independent to Canadian process, so yes you can. Typically you will to fulfill either of those requirements, not both.

You can try sending your advisory report from NNAS. It is up to NYSED that how they will use that information. Best to check with them directly.

If she has mathematics and biology in her studies then she can take direct admission. If not then she will have to complete pre-requisite courses first. The college of your choice will inform and guide you on this. Good luck
