I had the same situation . On the question 140 i ran out of time. It was my second time. But I found I passed today 😃😃😃😃do not lose your hope. NCLEX is one of the most difficult and challenging exams in the world. Even if you fail this is not the end of the world. Give yourself two or three days to take a rest , and start again stronger. Do as many as tests possible. If you find that you don’t have any time do not do the test randomly to reach 150. Think and use your critical thinking until last second. If you do it fast to reach 150 without reading the questions you probably fail. Invest on SATA questions and NGN. They can bring alot of points. Stop your normal life. Don’t forget that you are in the middle of battle field. FIGHT. NO PAIN, NO GAIN
