You pour silt in to the molds and let it dry and then paint and fire. My mama did ceramics in the 80’s and I bought me a kiln but haven’t used it yet❤️

You r right about the mold. But the clay is liquid that pores in and sets up, then removed. It is called green ware at this stage. It is the carefully cleaned and either painted then or fired first and painted.

You can use cast iron on the new wave. I've been using mine for 15 years. I still don't have a conventional oven, I don't need one between my nuwave and Emeril air fryer.

She probably wouldn't sell the console for only $5 since she was already looking up the games. I had a similar experience but it was just the console with a bunch of accessories. I was only interested in the controller but she was asking 10 to 15 each. According to her price the console was $5 but then she replied "Oh no! That because it's a bundle." In your case I would of purchased everything for $50 unless the discs were scratched.

Dave....I've got all my childhood Care bears & other toys that I loved & everytime I see you or Kevin or Dawn pick these things it makes me wonder if I actually want to sell mine. I've got so much that I don't have room to display them, nor do I want to clean all the clutter it would create if I unpacked them. Idk reseller hoarder issues lol 😆 BTW you asked in the WhatNot what size my 3 storage units of death piles is... they are 10x15's. That's not how it works with the Wii, you give better value as a bundle. If you're taking just games it makes the console harder to sell so you effectively pay more.

My Aunt used to paint greenware ceramics. The greenware is not cheap to buy premade or have a shop to fire them. So my uncle started pouring & firing & my Aunt did the painting. It's very time consuming & takes a real talent to paint them. You got a steal of a deal at $15 for the box. But they are a niche market, fragile & will need lots of bubble wrap. I bet they will not be as popular as the lighthouses, but you never know

You do realize that a true Mid-century Modern piece will not be marked with "MCM" because the phrase was coined after the fact to describe the look of a bygone era. The MCM you saw on the back of that item was the start of the year in Roman numerals. 😂😂😂😂
