Tyres ki walls metal rim pe jaha grip leti he vo area me bhi sealent laga ke hava bharte to aur jyada time air leak proof rahta... Traveling me khaddo se jo impact lagta he tab ye extra sealing help karega... Agar success hua to Indian jugad ki ek mishal kayam hogi... Best luck.

I also did this on my interceptor 650. Used loctite black RTV sealant. I had to change to tubeless tyres. Then only it worked. Stock tyres bead nahi pakar rahe the. If this fails use tubeless tyres it would definitely work.

Because of tubeless and tube tyres are designed differently. Tubeless tyres have extra rubber grip on edges to prevent air leakage.

There is a reson why alloy wheels are used for tubeless tyres because they are meant for the same and they are designed in a way to sustain that air pressure.... Spoke wheel can never become tubeless maybe for sometime but not forever

Anti Puncture liquid मैंने इस्तेमाल किया है, वो फ़ायदा से ज़्यादा नुकसान करता है, air nozzle को बार बार जाम कर देता है जिस से बार बार बदलना पड़ता है। मैंने एक tyre में डाला था testing के लिए और उसके बाद तौबा कर लिया मैंने। कोई भी हवा भरने वाला जल्दी तैयार नहीं होता अगर आपके टायर में लिक्विड डाला हुआ है, हवा भरने वाला nozzle को भी जाम कर देता है ये liquid

Bhai i used rtv sealant and applied 3 coats. And later used silicon sealant to finalize. As your tyre is Ceat tubetype so grind the side walls of the tyres and clean the side of rims and apply fevibond on side walls. For first 2 weeks i kept the tyre pressure as 55 pounds. Later reduced the tyre pressure. Also after the completion of whole process, please do the wheel balance by adding suitable weight other wise you will feel wobble at high speeds. For Leh trip, please change the tubetype tyre and go for tubeless tyre.

Yeh thik ha ki kam dam me jugaar hain.. Par a original alloy wheels jaise long lasting nehi ha.. offroading karne waqt a tal ho jayega jo ki pir se iski spoke tight krni paregi... Jiska matlab woh black seal fir se leakage lega... I suggest isse bttr hoga alloy lena... But koi nehi jugaar thik hain.
