people are really hating on Sticker due to its experimental style, bc of the flute and “absence of melody in the song”. as a Sticker lover, never understood them)))) some people LOVE calling nct noise music, however, their music is really interesting when you actually get into it.

Personally, I love sticker so haters can go hate and let the enjoyers enjoy. I can see where some of it is classified as noise music but too often is that used as a negative term in kpop now. I like many groups that do noise music but that’s not the only genre/style they do. and I know NCT is no different! So I’m excited to hear more!

same, I normally like weirder songs & its actgually really hard for me to dislike a song, so seeing the hate was weird as hell, it took me 3 goes for taeyongs opening rap to get the flow, but after that everything was awesome (especially Doyoung & Haechan "baby" growls omg)

Yes, it was Yuta. He was encouraging the crowd to scream. This group was practically made for me, and it’s great that you feel the same. I like that you enjoyed “Sticker;” a lot of people didn’t, and yet it ended up being their most successful single in terms of music show wins. I love this live performance and the one from MBC from around the same time. What they do isn’t easy, and there’s always a chance of mishaps: Johnny’s chain got caught on his headset mic during the second verse of “Fact Check,” and you can definitely hear it here. Loving the Doyoung appreciation: He really is considered one of the best vocalists in Kpop, plus he’s covering the injured Taeil’s lines during songs. (I also think he’s beautiful, as are all of them, really.) Keep the 127 reactions coming, please.

It’s actually really hard for me to NOT like something. I’m just a hardcore music lover across the board. But I do have a big soft spot for loud, unique sounding music. Weirdly enough it helps my brain relax? To be able to hear their live vocals even during their intense choreography?! No, like, I’m so impressed. And their energy! Doyoung is insane vocal guy? Killed it during that live. Yeah…ummm to soon to call bias but…..😂

@@BexaReacts yep, Doyoung was the “incredible” vocalist. He also (literally) gave you pause during the “Fact Check” mv. He, along with Taeil, Jaehyun, Haechan, and Jungwoo are the official vocal line for 127. Yuta and Johnny kinda swing back and forth between vocals and rapping these days. (I also hinted in a previous comment that Johnny doesn’t often wear a lot of shirts. 😂) Personally, after almost five years of following this group I’m still struck by how visually stunning they are. They’re also absolutely terrific performers. 💚💚

I tell you, you will love NCT DoJaeJung, it's a special unit where one member you noticed a lot, Jaehyun ( 24:35 ) is really showing much more of his developed voice and dancing skills. Also Doyoung is one vocalist you always notice too (32:45 ), he's there. And the 3rd member is Jungwoo (dancing and singing live at 32:59 ) ---- the music is more on the soulful side, bit less hard hitting but still mind-filling with the harmonies and the production

To prep you for that video I’ll give you each member shown from left to right, along with their hometowns: Johnny (Chicago), Yuta (Osaka), Haechan (Seoul, though he lived on Jeju Island for a few years as a child), Taeyong (Seoul), Jungwoo (Gimpo, about 17-18 miles west of Seoul), Taeil (Seoul), Doyoung (Seoul), Mark (Vancouver) (born in Toronto, spent part of his childhood in NYC), Jaehyun (Seoul) (also lived in the US, there’s actually a meme about it: “I lived in America for four years. That’s why I’m here, man! 😂).

Favourite was actually the title song for the repackage of the Sticker album so that similar sound links them even though they are very different songs. They were the finale performance for the Gayo Daejeon show and they truly brought the house down. NCT U and NCT Dream performed right before the stages you saw so Mark and Haechan were going from one concept and song to another and killing every performance too! They really take pride in their level of performance and it shows.

For such big shows you'd expect them to have better sound systems and camera work for the performances but it's almost always a let down. It's actually insane how the fancams of these performances are more enjoyable than the official videos lmfao. For this particular stage, you can even hear them better on the fancams floating around social media

the audio in the mbc gayo performance is so much better tho the camerawork is unfortunately still a little shitty :( they also performed the bside skyscraper and latest title track be there for me there which imo is worth a watch as well!
