Mark was asked a lot of times which team he prefers, 127 or dream. He never gave a definite answer. But he did train with the dream members the longest, Mark Haechan Jeno Jaemin and Jisung were a fixed 5 member group predebut and were called by SM “baby TVXQ” “SM’s future”

I think the company didn't expect that people became too attached to dream since they all know the graduation system. NCT Dream was the first unit that wins the first ever music award in NCT, as they get older people who watches them from the start became too attach and realized how sad it is when Mark graduated even the members were too emotional during those times to the point that Jisung and Renjun cried to their concert before thinking it would be their last concert together because of the f*cking graduation system (they both even cried on Youth Camp talking about it even if the graduation is gone).

Omg!!! My bias is Jeno too😭! I swear his a sweetheart if you get to know him more! Honestly i felt bad for him when they always say his no fun! One thing the guide didn't include: Jeno and Jaemin joined SM on the same day- 3rd June 2013, the same building just a couple of hours apart! And eversince then they are inseparable 😅! I swear! And Chenles guide is way too short! If you get to know him his such a sassy boy and can be very annoying😂 His also a rich kid so he be flexing it sometimes 😅 and He likes Jeno a lot!...

They started very young like I think Jisung was 12 that time (maybe younger if we count the trainee days together). Basically, they grew up together and most especially they raise Jisung that is why I think NCT Dream has a stronger bond together, like they are the best best friends.

Mark and Haechan both debuted together in 127 and Dream the same summer. (127 debuted in July and Dream debuted in August of 2016) they have been working double duty for a long time but it's been particularly hard-core since Dream activities have been getting busier after 2020/2021. (Before that at least one of the members was underage and there are legal restrictions on how many hours underage idols can work.) The members of both Dream and 127 are very aware of Mark and Haechan's crazy busy schedule and take extra care of them and thank them continuously. (Also the other members of Dream are very good at performing as 5Dream and covering all the parts when Mark and Haechan have schedule conflicts) Things will slow down a bit for them though now that the older members of 127 are enlisting and 127's activities are fewer. That clip with Mark singing and playing the piano has drama vibes for a good reason. It's from a variety-type show that SuperM did in 2020 called As We Wish and each of the 7 members did a short love story mini drama. It was hilarious and silly and touching at different times and each of their mini dramas had a totally different vibe. Mark actually won a staff vote for the best drama of the 7, super cute.

some more stuff I would like to add- During SM Rookie days,Mark,Jeno,Haechan,Jaemin and jisung were given the nickname "Baby Shinki"(Baby TVXQ).they were considered geniuses nd they were considered as the younger version of TVXQ,one of the oldest groups nd the currently oldest active group in SM(Renjun nd Chenle didnt join SM back then) Just 3 hours after Jeno joined SM,Jaemin too joined SM Mark,Haechan,Jeno nd Jaemin were called the 'F4 of SOPA' Mark-genius.he auditioned becuz his school was on strike the day when SM was taking global auditions.He did his solo debut.like u saw,becomes the prey of Dream's 'bullying' Renjun-He used to take art therapy and its comforting to see him grow to where he is now.Members like to tease him a lot especially when he had those 2 voice cracks. Jeno-we call him the captain of dream.Crazily built nd can do acrobatics.Often compared to a samoyed becuz of his face nd has eye smile Haechan-He is very smart(u will see him solving riddles or such really quickly) nd really quick-witted(born an idol) and knows how to not go too much over with his jokes.His stage name,Haechan means Full Sun and he calls his fans sunflowers He is the maknae of 127 He passed the SM saturday auditions when he was 13.(SM saturday auditions r considered one of the most toughest) like u saw his nice dance nd vocals,during his trainee days,he was the best rapper Jaemin-His original dream was to become a surgeon and during trainee days,he wont practice initially becuz he never wanted to be an idol He wont hesitate to show his introvert side.Since NCT has so many members,he doesnt always have to force He drinks coffee 6 times a day,with 6 shots of espresso in each nd we joke those days he has high energy Chenle-He has dolphin screams nd like u saw,can be loud.Super rich With the release of Marine turtle,he became the youngest idol in SM to debut as composer, song writer and vocal director at once.He only trained for 2 months before debuting with the rest of the Dreamies Jisung-He joined SM when he was 12 and debuted when he was 14.He was the maknae of the entire NCT for 7 years but now tht spot is taken by NCT Wish's maknae.He is still the maknae of dream tho

1 things it didn't reveal about Chenle is: 1: He's rich. I think it started with his grandfather or something. Chenle even has his own house instead of living with the members. He even said in one video that he didn't know what "rent" was because he's never had to pay rent before. Lol 2: hes just as crazy as Haechan but in his own way. 1 member in particular Kun from WayV he likes to tease a lot. He acts like the annoying little brother to Kun. And with Mark, he likes to baby him. Lol he says Mark is his son and that he was negative 2 years old when he had him!😂 Another thing with Mark and Chenle you should react to or at least watch is a live video where Mark was telling a story in English about him and Chenle. He was describing Chenle in a situation where Mark and him were going to get food late at night and Chenle was just laughing the whole time!🤣

when mark graduated he said that him and haechan were sad when they found out they would be debuting in 127 cuz they thought that meant they cannot debut with dream. for more context during their trainee days mark, jeno, haechan, jaemin, and jisung trained and made appearances together in different performances and shows like in the mickey mouse club they were even called baby tvxq. while hansol (he left sm before debuting), taeyong, johnny, ten, yuta, and jaehyun, and taeil (joined later)trained together. it was also revealed that dream were supposed to debut before 127 but since they added the hoverboards last minute into the chewing choreography they had to postpone their debut date despite already filming the mv and everything, i guess that added to the worries for mark and haechan that they won’t be able to debut with their childhood friends. it was pretty inevitable that the graduation system wouldn’t work cuz it was never successful despite the many times sm tried to implement it on older groups like super junior since the fans already get attached to the og lineup, but with dream it’s not just the fans that got attached it’s the members too since they have been training together since they were kids of course they had expectations of debuting together and staying together.

Jisung is the youngest in only dream.. in whole nct the maknae is sakuya (nct wish). It really gives me goosebumps to think about this cz all these years jisung has been the maknae and i literally saw him grew up.
