@@dproductions7293haechan has belted the highest notes in dream btw live in tangerine love, countdown and irreplaceable which is a g#5 (in mixed voice NOT falsetto) so your delusional opinions won’t change that 😂chenle can’t hit high notes on full chest voice like haechan, and this “high note” in moonlight too is in falsetto and he sounds so nasally and thin and strained! Haechan is a vocal monster and chenle can’t compete

it’s a g#5 and chenle uses falsetto for it whereas haechan has hit the SAME note multiple times in mixed voice (which is much harder to do btw) in songs like irreplaceable, tangerine love and countdown 321 so pipe down lmao😂 renjun and chenle Are still very weak vocalists

@@hyuckAH06 Bro, is Haechan technically better than Chenle or Renjun? Probably. Is mix voice harder than falsetto for a G#5? Of course. But can we acknowledge the fact that no matter which register they used, a G#5 is still freaking high for a male voice type? And even though it was falsetto and not mix voice, it was still impressive and deserves praise as well. I've seen a lot of your comments under this video and yes you come of as extremely jealous of both Renjun and Chenle for getting the time to shine vocally and not Haechan in this song. And if it was Haechan singing that note I would've had the same reaction. It just happened to be Chenle and Renjun this time. And I kinda find it hypocretical that your choice of words change when you talk about Haechan versus Chenle. In another comment you mentionned that Haechan hit an E5 in falsetto (which is lower than G#5 we know) and you said that an E5 is really high and hard to hit even though it was falsetto. Is the technique better on Haechan's side? That's probably true. But is it a valuable reason to diminish other vocalists in a degrading way? Not at all. I'm sorry for this long response LMFAO but I'm just trying to explain that commenting "Haechan hit the same note in mix voice in another song" under comments praising other vocalists like Chenle and Renjun makes you seem like you're jealous and just rude in general. And this is not to say that comparing vocalists' techniques is bad. In fact, I do acknowledge that a lot of vocalists in Kpop are lacking in technique and it seems to be a massive issue right now. But do I have to comment under every post praising other vocalists saying that another one is better? Have a good day.

@@OliviousComicous i have NEVER talked about haechan hitting an E5 in falsetto because he didn't 😶what are you talking about? i can literally give you 2 instances right now; haechan uses mix for the E5 in broken melodies (2nd verse right after the chorus) and, more impressively, betls the E5 in istj in CHEST voice. You have a problem with the newere crop of extremely poor vocalists but don't you see that the problem is with fans like you? hyping the crap out of vocals as weak as chenle and renjun's? chenlle has literally admitted to have stopped taking vocal lessons btw and he goes around with his head in the clouds thinking he's a great vocalist when he strains as bad as jimin from bts to hit any note above a g4! maybe you should stop overhyping the crap out of mediocre vocals and start raising your standard and actually praising good technique, so that more idols actually take the time and make the effort to improve; otherwise you'll end up with more main vocalists like renjun who can't for the life of him even sing his own parts live without cracking his voice, or chenle who sounds so insanely thin, tight and strained live i honestly don't know how either of them became a main vocalist in sm because neither can even support

@@hyuckAH06 I agree, maybe my reaction was over the top at first. But my point was more about how high the note was and not the technique used. But what I would say is there is probably a better way to go about telling that some idols have better techniques than others. Commenting under every comments praising other vocalist about Haechan or any other idol being better is not the way to go about it. And yes, the worshipping of idols vocals or rap (or even of idols in general tbh lol) when we know damn well they aren't that great is probably dammaging, but there is certainly a nicer way to go about it. Like, for instance, if someone says that BTS' vocal line is objectively better than EXO's, they're clearly in the wrong. But, can we still appreciate certain parts of their singing? Yes. And I think that's completely fine while also keeping in mind that the idol is lacking in other areas. Lastly, I'd also argue that sometimes vocalists don't need to be excellent at singing. If you don't enjoy people with bad techniques, that's totally fine! You can always listen to people with good technique. But I think music is more than that. You can have very good technique and still suck at making music, for instance, and not being able to bring emotions into your signing or delivering the message of a song well. If I feel like listening to good power vocals, I'm gonna listen to groups like EXO, but if I want to listen to NCT DREAM because their music is THAT good? I don't think there's anything wrong with that. I think a good example of that is BTS because, yes their vocal line isn't that great and they can improve massively still, but I'd argue they became popular because of the message in their songs, their story and their music and not their vocals. I'd also like to note that I'm not mad at all lol. I actually find this conversation very interesting.
