Look at the producers, near the end, they looked so relax :) You can tell that the producers are not doing all this on their own, the NCT members help as well, just by the way the members be instructing each other and letting the producers know which parts they want to do again to make the song sound better and stuff. Indeed, the producers are not doing these by themselves and don't really need to instruct them much, cause they all have one another to instruct on and help with whatever they need. I see why the producers are so relaxed, chilling, and not so strict on them.
