Congratulations you discovered NCT! They're definitely gonna take you for a ride cuz they have all the flavors and more cuz they can do it all! Ten is my ult and yes he's different. I usually love the rappers, leaders and masculine members like Yuta and Taeyong, but yeah, he got me. His charm and appeal transcends types and preferences (at least for people who are receptive to people's energies and vibes). Plus he is so artistic and so versatile he can do whatever concept and genre. You'll see once you get into his solo stuff on top of his WayV stuff and NCT U songs he's in. I can't wait for you to delve deeper into NCT in general especially my fave subunit WayV❤️

So, as you know, Ten and Taeyong are both in SuperM, which is this awesome group from SM featuring some of the best idols of their company. Taeyong's in NCT 127, and Ten's in WayV. NCT 127 has that swaggy, funky vibe, while WayV is definitely the sexy+cool unit of NCT. I'd really recommend you to check them out.

Fun fact: Because Ten is from Thailand, they also have a Thai version of "Baby Don't Stop" -- there are live performances of Ten and Taeyong performing the Thai version, as part of their promotions for this song in Thailand. Just search KZbin if you want to hear what it sounds like in Thai. As you saw, "Baby Don't Stop" is a duo performance by two of the best dancers in NCT. So this is more of a dance song than a song that is lyric heavy. However, I think this song also does a pretty good job of highlighting what great vocalists Ten and Taeyong are as well. Ten is an amazing singer and Taeyong is considered a main rapper of NCT, but he is also a great singer. Although, as you can see from this video, they are both multi-talented.That is why SM chose them to be a part of this duo project and why Taeyong and Ten were the first two NCT members to debut solo. It's also why they are both members of SuperM. NCT-U was NCT's first sub-unit, which debuted in April 2016. NCT-U is made up of pretty much all the members, so, they just add and subtract members from all the other sub-units depending on the concept for the song. NCT-U songs span a wide range of styles and genres and can include anywhere for all 25 members or only 1 or 2 members. The U stands for United, but I also like to think of it as Universal because of the way the group never has a fixed number of members. This sub-unit is designed to be fluid, which means the group is constantly changing and rearranging its members. NCT is a group that is constantly changing and rearranging its members and sound and we never know quite what to expect from them. With a concept that allows the members to rotate between sub-units, changing, adding and subtracting members depending on the concept and style of the group or song, you should never expect the same thing from them. You are better off always expecting something new, that somehow, also ends up sounding very much like NCT. LOL As you are discovering, NCT is one of the most internationally diverse groups in all of Kpop. The members as a whole represent 8 different countries and they speak 7 or 8 different languages. For example, there are 10 native Korean members (*Taeyong, Doyoung, Haechan, *Jaehyun, Jeno, Jaemin, Jisung, Jungwoo, and new members Sion and Daeyoung), *Mark is Korean-Canadian, *Johnny is Korean-American (from Chicago), 5 Japanese members (Yuta and new members Riku, Yushi, Ryo and Sakuya), *Ten is Thai, *YangYang is Taiwanese but he grew up in Germany, Hendery is Chinese from Macau (China) and 5 mainland Chinese members (WinWin, Kun, Xiaojun, Renjun and Chenle). However, they all live and work in Korea, so everyone speaks Korean fluently. Plus, many members have attended international schools or lived abroad, so there are several members who are also *fluent in English, on top of speaking 2 or more other languages. Yes, the MV for "Baby Don't Stop" was filmed in the winter in Ukraine, at the same time and in the same location as the MV for NCT-U's "Boss." So that is why you might notice that "Boss" and "Baby Don't Stop" have similar looks and vibes. And yes, Ten, who is also a member of WayV, has an amazing voice, that is why he is a lead vocalist, sub-rapper and a center of NCT, as well as one of the best dancers in the industry. That is also why he is the NCT member, so far, with the most solo projects because SM likes to showcase his dancing and vocals. And as the leader of NCT, Taeyong, who is also a member of NCT-127, has always been super multi-talented. He has that undefinable it factor, that pretty much all Kpop leaders have, that makes them extra special. Which is why SM features him so prominently in everything NCT does, as well as outside of the group. That is also why he is involved in producing a lot of songs. Also, because they are both so talented, Taeyong and Ten had a hand in helping to choreograph "Baby Don't Stop", as well as a majority of all the projects they are involved in. I love this song so much! It's still in my playlist, and I listen to it once in a while. I was literally so addicted to it when it dropped that I ended up listening to it for 4 years straight! 😂 It's still one of my all-time favorite songs. They also have a song called 'Call D.' There’s no MV, but you can watch their live stage from the NCT Nation concert. Make sure to check out the Day 2 performance-it's even more intense! NCT U isn’t a fixed-member unit. Any NCT member can be a part of it depending on who fits the concept best. It’s like a rotating group where the lineup changes based on what suits the vibe of the song. I’m not gonna go too deep into it because it might get confusing for you, but you’ll pick it up as you learn more. For now, just know that’s how NCT U works. Oh, and by the way, NCT stands for Neo Cultural Technology, and U stands for United.

Ten got me into WayV, but I haven’t really gotten into NCT 127 or Dream yet. I’ve listened to all the NCT U songs that Ten’s in though, and this one is definitely my favorite of theirs. You should also see some of the older Baby Don't Stop stage performances! Btw, Taeyong (the one with the red hair) writes and composes his own music and is a great lyricist. He wrote his own lyrics to Baby Don't Stop, and I love his word plays with references to art and famous artists. I highly recommend his solo works; he really has a creative spirit. Anyway, I'm now subscribed and ready for more!

Super M is not part of NCT but Taeyong, Mark, Ten , and it was Lucas from NCT were in super m . Also NCT U is not a fixed group it’s rotational so any member from NCT 127 , Dream , Wish and WAYV can be part of an NCT U track weather it be 2 , 3 , 4 or more Members. Also Taeyong ( red hair) who is in this with Ten is the leader of 127 and the Whole of NCT hope that helps

Since there are more than one I would like to tell you wich one is better. For all NCT(info about how everything works and all the sub units) I would watch "the beginners guide to NCT (2024)" to get more deeper in groups with the members there is the "Hopefully helpful guide to NCT 127 - 2024" and "A beginners guide to WayV (2024)" (Ten is in WayV. Also something that you need to know is that Taeil is no longer in NCT 127.
