Since my native language is also a tonal language, to me it's the hardest in Chinese is remembering the words, and how they look like! I can only read Chinese (perfectly) if they're romanized, but I can't remember how to write of read any word besides hello 😓 So I gave up on Chinese to learn Korean, it's much easier haha I'll have to learn Chinese again in the near future though!
