For those curious with Jisung's neck red marks, it was said before that Jisung has allergy to wheat, and this causes for his atopic dermatitis to flare up :) this has no cure but not at all dangerous. It is just a condition that makes ur skin itchy and reddish everytime you are exposed to an allergen, but also disappears later on.
