Hey coach, Today i just touched rim and im 5'4 but when ever I play volleyball with a net i can barely get my hand over, can you help me find out why because it's really been bothering me

Your rim is probably 8' then? Otherwise your question is not making sense. You can touch 10', but on a volleyball court your approach is so messed up that you can't reach over an 8' net???

Hereiam H I skimmed the rim which is nba height of 10 ft, but when ever I play volleyball only my middle part of my fore arm is above the net. This also happens when ever I try to touch ceiling of my school, it's shorter than the rim but I have troubles and difficulties touching it more than I touch rim. My friends and I think it's a mental thing since your body doesn't think you need to jump as high and thus makes it harder to jump

Gotta feel for the other team's setter. In the 2nd set, you don't need to see the score; just watch his body language after each successive passing/hitting error.

When a team has personalized uniforms, you'd assume they've been playing together for some time, or they intend to play together for some time. It doesn't appear to be the former, but hopefully most of them will stick with it so that it might prove to be the latter. Unless you're naturally talented, AFAIK, the only way to improve is repetition. Also, repetition. Then, some more repetition. :) (Yeah, I posted this comment previously, but the Tall Ones played them twice and it's still applicable...)
