You have some really solid stance work going on man. I understand that the beginning was a break down and it was well done. One criticism would be the final performance of the form. I would have liked to see it done with a bit more spirit. Thank you for the content, I've been trying to recover this form

This is an excellent and detailed breakdown and really complements the original DVD. Have you thought about doing the same for the Gong Li Quan and Tan Tui forms? I think it would be really helpful.

This is good but there are several things could be done better, not the moves but the execution of metal and blocks. Trapping one's arm underneath the other is not advised in combat. Everyone leaves the break out from carry ball.

Why is Lien Bu so different from Lim Po? Isn't Lim Po the older version?

"Lim Po" or Lin Bou Kuen is a cantonese pronounciation from the mandarin "Lian Bu Quan"... that alone tells me you learned the Hong Kong version from GM Chan Kwok Wai(Chan Gwok Wai, yeah, it's cantonese) as I did. This one in the video is the Northern China version...
