As you mentioned the parking lot shuttle is seasons, was wondering how do visitors manage to travel during off season? Do they really walk all the from Africa to NA parking lots?

Those weren't headphones. They are ear defenders for blocking out noise, a common sensory issue for persons with neurological or developmental disabilities. Maybe next time include persons with disabilities to host these videos so that accommodations can be properly highlighted and respected.
