Thanks for this video! I replaced my digitizer screen fairly quickly after watching this. I used some watch servicing tools to separate the screen from the frame and Goo Gone to remove the adhesive. The replacement screen is so much clearer than OEM, making it look sharper and brighter. That and no more cracks.

When I put on the new screen I think I will remove just a little bit of the adhesive backing and leave a pull tab, then set it on the bezel and align, then pull the adhesive strips away

Where/how did you get a replacement screen?? I have this issue and I would like to attempt to replace it myself if I can get the part. Thanks in advance and thank you so much for this video.

@@DaBinChe Do you have a link to the disassemble video? Do you have an affiliate link to the screen product? I see a lot of reports that the adhesive for the screen deteriorated in 2 weeks and the screen fell off. How is your holding up after a few week? Any problems with glare from the replacement?

@@bsteimel look in my playlist for ND miata. Screen holding up fine. Looks factory except you can see a slight outline around the edge of the screen.

I tried looking for a replacement screen on eBay but I only see for Mazda 3. Did you find a specific replacement for your Miata?
