¡Ándale! partners are working with trusted community partners to make sure that we reach every single family member and friend. We are utilizing Community Health Centers (CHCs) as a way to outreach to the most vulnerable in our communities. CHC’s serve as health homes to the uninsured, many of whom are undocumented and turn to us as their only resource for health care, information, and direct referrals and navigation to social services.
