Here in Saudi blood sugar level #lessthan 140mg/dl is normal... A reading of more than 200mg/dl after two hours means you have diabetes. Was shocked to hear that her BP was 600mg/dl. She was extremely lucky to escape things like stroke and heart attack, she should thank God for that.

Your summary compliment wambo ,nikiiguuzia kidogo at a personal nevel it's true ...like becoz Fulani went there(Saudi or gulf at large) and was successfull doesn't mean we all go there and be successful noo.we were destined diffently .it's always good to know what God wants you to do.. like for instance mimi vile nilianza kushughulika kwenda Saudi was 2021 July and I told God if it's your will open this way and I was very strict .like I went home and relax I Neva bothered to call the agent , They got me first sponsor I didn't go (sijui alieda vacation na hakurudi Saudi) then another one still I didn't go excuses which I believed were from God .
