I had a sleep study done at a Boston hospital. Part way through it the young man who was conducting it opened the door and asked me if I meditate. I have been meditating since I was 12 years old so I said yes. He said to me you have the most beautiful alpha Waves I have ever seen! :-)

Excellent ! I'm also a medical doctor ( gynecologist ) who became a spiritualist ( let us still use this very old designation... ) immediately after having my medical degree, in 1974. This was due to a serious existential crises regarding two of the most crucial things for all of us, humans, in our lives - since we ( humans ) became aware of ourselves: to seek for a true purpose in life that may not be threatened by the perspective of ceasing to exist with death, and, over and above all, trying to find reliable evidence of survival to physical death. I was being truly crushed by the materialist perspective resulting from the medical formation and the materialist world-view of our orthodox science. But, fortunately, it was easy to me to go through this great paradigm shift, following the path of parapsychology and the findings of modern physics. So, after all these years, it's very nice to me to see a brilliant colleague from the neurosciences also undergoing this tranformation, since I think that, of all areas of medicine, possibly modern neuroscience is the most materialist and physicalist medical realm. P.S.: Presently, I have to confess that the position of most neuroscientists regarding mind and consciousness truly scare me...

Modern research on Near Death Experience by Raymond moody, reincarnation memories by Ian Stevenson/Jim trucker and past lives regression by Brian Weiss all independently but coincidentally show that our consciousness survive death, we live many lives and our thoughts and actions matter in the hereafter. J Delaro my understanding is that the only way to it is through meditation or a deep prayer which is also a form of meditation. When you strip yourself of your matter or ego/emotion through meditation and go into your higher consciousness, then you might expirience kundalini or what Christians call the Holy Spirit. It seems like only a minority of people expirience it. If you also believe in reincarnation, it makes total sense. Some are ready for it, others are not. This also depends on a person’s chemistry. Look up Bill Donahue, he teaches about the allegory of the Bible, Kundalini and lots of other things. Look up Bill Donahue on kundalini. For me it happened through religion. It is a powerful thought that God died a tortures death for you so that you can live. Bill D. teaches that there is some kind of energy shift when the sun is in a constellation of Aquarius, not to mention that we are iliving in the age of Aquarius, the Age of Enlightenment. It happened to me exactly at this time. It was the end of January and it was sunny. I was sitting outside shortly after reading the Bible, which is also a form of meditation. I was in aw of the weather and my own new understanding of God. This is when it happened. I felt an electric tingling in my chest, bliss, oneness with the divine, the best high I’ve ever felt. After that a change in my personality came, but I became a religious fanatic. Later, six months later, when investigating into the “evil Kundalini spirit”, I realized that the “evil spirit” WAS just a different name for the Holy Spirit! Unfortunately, most religious fanatics never come to this realization and their spiritual progress becomes stagnant. Feel free to ask more questions. 🤓

Yes I am completely aware of why it happens or how it is brought on, just very little out there on peoples experience of it activating and life after. Mine was from meditation as well and living purely heart centered. I dont think there is a lot of resources out there on how to handle the influx of energy that is now running through you, and how that effects our bodies, lives and emotions. J Delaro if you haven’t found Bill Donahue, you absolutely must look him up! According to Bill, Kundalini awakening will happen to people when time is right, and it depends on people’s chemistry and the angle of light. He says that there is something about the angle of light when the sun is in constellation of Aquarius at the end of January. My expirience happened exactly at that time of the year. It is a great pleasure to me to share these thoughts. 🤓

I’m 55 years old and grew up in the Catholic Church. Never never never did I ever hear about meditation and energies from god and people having near death experiences. If I would have known about this stuff, I believe very much that my life would have been happier and better.

I did endless sleep studies. There are countless versions of your life, running right now to slip into a parallel plane and into the 4D meditate and take a nap in the afternoon. When you are dozing off, and you feel that SHOCK that is you slipping into a parallel existence, and everything is the same when you wake up if there is an improved condition out there sometimes dramatically different. But just don’t go look for it. Feel the JOLT and slip into a parallel plane. I’ve been writing on this for a while. It’s nice to see someone else talking about it. The 40 is designed to eliminate all forms of spirituality. If you are God-based, and take that nap and meditate in the afternoon, you will change your reality and it’s thrilling. I am in a state of constant manifestation because I found out the hard way you do not die you wake right back up .

I was put into an induced coma and was in the Multiverse for over 30 earths calendar days. There is nothing on the Internet even remotely close to what I have experienced. For me the main question remains why would primordial matter and all the constituents of the known universe, regardless of wether you postulate that they may or may not be conscious or intelligent, need, want or even be able to organize themselves into complex structures like a brain for instance capable of consciousness and thus intelligence if not without some predetermined impetus that would want and need it to be so? From a purely logical perspective you can't get a "Something" from a "No" "Thing". It therefore stands to reason that all matter, small or large must be preceded by what we would define as "immaterial" "intelligent" and possessing "intent".

Dr Stuart Hamneroff , I believe is on to something big. I Read Dr Brian Weiss book's , and upon reflection, I looked back at all the synchronized events, that had led me to do further research. We are all capable, of so much more than you may believe . Everything is Energy .? Our pineal gland is our magic carpet ride ! Meditation is limitless , were living in a dream. There are millions of parallel universe's . I believe if we could fold a flap , and skip over ,into another dimension /s.Time travel is possible , and I also believe that government's have been hiding so much from humanity. The reason the names are not given sometimes is it’s not important. Jiddu krishnamurti never used his name in his sessions. They call themselves “the speaker” because the ego is an illusion and that’s how we get our name. So it’s just to keep attention on the practices not on labels.

The brain is an area of neurophysiology activity. Neurophysiology activity consists of electrochemical reaction. Thus at any given time, the brain state is defined by a subset of electrochemical reactions, derived from a large set of possible reactions. Consider the phenomenon of a. conscious thought. As at any given time the brain physical state consists of a collection of electrochemical reactions (events), it can be inferred that they are collectively responsible for the conscious thought. This means that at least in part, simultaneous events are responsible for thought. In other words, thought creates a connection between simultaneous events. This is in contradiction to the consequences of special relativity, which states that the fastest connection between events is the speed of light and thus excludes the possibility of connection between simultaneous events. Consider the memorizing of, say, the value 5. This would necessarily involve more than 1 point in space as, say, if it is assumed a single electron records 5 by taking a particular potential. Then it by itself cannot define (or know) 5, as its magnitude would be defined only with respect to another datum or event defined as a unit potential, thus involving at least 2 simultaneous events. Consider the experience of vision. While we focus our attention on an object of vision, we are still aware of a background and, thus, a whole collection of events. This would mean at least an equal collection of physical events in the brain are involved. Take the experience of listening to music. It would mean being aware of what went before. Like vision, it would probably mean that while our attention at any given time is focused at that point in time, it is aware of what went before and what is to follow. In other words, it spans the time axis. Many great composers have stated that they are able to hear their whole composition. Thus their acoustic experience is probably like the average person's visual experience. While focusing at a particular point in time of their composition, they are nevertheless aware of what went before and what is to come. The rest of the composition is like the background of a visual experience. Experiencing the composition in this way, they are able to traverse it in a similar fashion to which a painting is observed. In this sense, an average person in comparison can be seen as having tunnel hearing (like tunnel vision) when it comes to music, thus making it very difficult for him or her to reproduce or create new music. It can be seen that consciousness is a 4-D phenomenon. Hi Kim, kindly I'm not exactly sure of what you are saying. But our 2020 Online Conference was a three day event and cost $99. We are also planning a similar conference this year. Also, after an NDE most people no longer care about money or materialistic gains, which partial leads to the high divorce rate among experiences. Also, IANDS is run by all volunteers, we've only had one paid staff member in 40 years.

What about the countless number of people that recover from the brink of death or are resuscitated and they don’t experience anything!? Nothing! As if time has stood still ! It’s conveniently forgotten when in fact it’s only a tiny minority that experience these NDE’s ! It’s little wonder that most folk remain sceptical ! I suspect death for us will be exactly the same as before we were born…Nothing!

Chirpy Wiggins The Gallup Organization and near-death research studies have estimated that, as of 1982, some 13 million adults NDEs in the U.S. alone had had one or more NDEs. Add children's NDEs, all experiences worldwide, and all experiences since 1982, and the figure would be much larger. Why some don't have an NDE because they were just passed out, or they weren't clinically dead and time didn't pass long enough for them to have an experience, or due to certain medicine that can affect the memory then forgetting the experience after becoming conscious, and last it's a spiritual experience that not every one will need it when they have a close call
