The preparation method of this Kaju Makhana gravy curry is very simple with limited steps and ingredients, Kaju phool Makhana recipe starts with frying of kaju , followed by frying of phool makhana then for preparing gravy we fry the masalas, onions & tomatoes and grind them to a fine paste along with curd and finally, we transfer this gravy paste to the pan along with masala powders & water, after few minutes we add the roasted Kaju and Makhana to make the delicious yummy Wedding style Kaju Makhana curry , It tastes best with Chapatis, Rotis, Naans or hot white rice.
