Why jail a person who is a minor and surely you can tell she was misled and used. Surely who oversees such prosecutions. She was better used as a prosecution witness. But again i have seen it with our judges who don't give an accused time to be heard or try to listen to them. So sad that our judges don't listen to accused people. I know one and it pains my heart to see her throw people to remand without giving them an audience.
