Truely Singapore River was the lifeline for Sg with its warehouses and the communities that live next to it providing many jobs and hawkers to make a decent living. As the yrs past, our Pioneer Generation parents struggled through hard times to built Sg sacrificing not only time, but also health, etc into a new nation & brighter future for generations to come. The Merdeka Generation continued as the Pioneer Generations did for a better tomorrow for Majulah Generation. It’s hope that God bless us and our young people with the same fortitude and spirit to ensure Sg survive for generations to come and even greater achievements.

YES IKR Love For Singapore was my favourite and is still my fav NDP song when i first heard it in 2010 till now... anyone same feels as me. i also do feel that it doesn't get enough love as compared to songs like My Island Home, In A Heartbeat... Don't get me wrong, they are nice too but this song by Corrinne May hits straight to my heart with the starting melody and meaning in the lyrics.......
