The question is despite being a secular democratic country why does India keep poking its neighbours about their own internal affairs with the excuse of a minority or Hindu whereas the country itself is globally known for repressing its own religious and other ethnic minorities! It's not unusual to have some degree of violence and some lax of the law & order situation following a mass uprising particularly as in Bangladesh the police force was absent or inactive following the ouster of the Hasina regime.
