I heard him on tour with Satana Austin 1974-76. After this wonderful interview I know he was inspiration to me & many others. I just never knew he became teacher & educator. What a blessing for those who knew him personally.

@@kevinmorgan263 Man...he ripped it on the reach for it album by the incredible Mr. George Duke. Leon wrote a few songs by himself on that cut. Just outstanding songwriting and energy there!

@@waynefoote3781 absolutely. Also that's ngugu speakingcon that album too. He also did Dukey stick with george too. Actually he performed and co produced on all of dukes 70s albums and patrice rushen his best friend and he worked with everyone in the business since
